If you’ve been patiently waiting to buy the higher-end 2TB Xbox One S since Microsoft released it at its E3 showcase last month, wait no more. Microsoft has finally confirmed that their new will be hitting retail shelves and also be available on August 2nd. The 2TB Xbox One S is priced at $399/£350 and comes with with a standalone wireless controller that comes with a textured grip and Bluetooth connectivity.
For that price, you will be getting a faster and more compact console and 4K (and HDR) video playback. Microsoft alway promised that the more the more affordable 500GB and 1TB versions will be arriving sometime later this year. I think the Xbox One S is a cool console to own unless you have the willpower to hold off until the holiday season in 2017 for the launch of Project Scorpio.
