The POP-UP Browser and information ticker could constitute security flaws  in your Samsung Galaxy Note II when active, even with your screen locked. This flaw requires the information ticker to be active  in order to render the Note II vulnerable, your clipboard contents and access to sites that hold your private data can also be accessed with the pop-up browser. You can try to avoid this, by  not using the pop-up browser, and disabling the information ticker. All we can do is wait for a fix to be available.
