If you thought the movie “The Avengers” was all shot in New York, then you’d have to rethink that, only about a third of the movie was shot in New York. The live action shots were taken in Mexico and the streets of Cleveland. ILM digitally recreated New York with 250,000 images photographed by the crew members totaling 7 miles of of New York Streets. Seeing the video makes me wonder how much time they put in to make good movies this.
